  1. My Rag GTA 1080TI Dosen't work

welp nvm you got banned anyway disregard this post
  2. 1080p 120hz or 1440p 120hz monitor?

yeah i would also go for the 1440. freesync won't affect it, and your 1070 should be able to handle the resolution at max or close to max settings in most titles.
  3. Show off your setup!

I finally got a new pump, which means I don't have it leaking all over my Titan anymore. Which is nice! I also took this opportunity to swap out the CPU block for my full nickel version. This looks a lot better imo. For now the plexi block is mounted on my decoration x79 board for safekeeping, might sell it tho
  4. Type C on Motherboard

well, for you it is basically useless. it is only good for people who have Type C devices they need to run with it. like SSD enclosures and stuff. type C can transfer data much quicker than normal USB 3.0. especially usefull for people in the professional space who use lots of type C devices.
  5. Asus rampage iv extreme ram ??

yep, that should work. i used a Xeon 2670 with ECC RAM on a Asrock X79 board, so it should also work on yours.

they make some good stuff, tough i'm not a big fan of the whole gamerstorm thing. just a bit too much for me tbh.
  7. well damn, i've never seen that happen before. also weird that it did actually read some temp sensors, but not at all all of them. still gonna recommend a CMOS reset if you don't have any settings to lose anyway. you never know, sometimes it just works wonders.
  8. could you elaborate? it works fine on my threadripper system
  9. i would suggest you try using SpeedFan. it gives a lot more control than the motherboard's BIOS usually. also, if you don;t mind losing your overclock settings and stuff maybe you could try resetting CMOS?
  10. are you controlling the fans through software or just the motherboard's BIOS?
  11. viability of a 4770k in the future

well, you could go for a kraken bracket with an AIOif you want an easy fix. NVidia's blower coolers are pretty noisy tough. atleast, my Titan used to sound like a jet engine under load before i watercooled it this is also true tough. i think the 980Ti is pretty much comparable to a 1070? that being said tough, a 1080Ti is going to be much more expensive.
  12. viability of a 4770k in the future

eventough multicore CPU's are pretty mainstream now, you don't really need them to play games. so yeah, i would say you're probably fine with that chip for th enext 2-2.5 years. should be a nice combo with the 1080 too!
  13. steam made me download my game again.

well, i could send you my game files for in your steam folder, but then you'd have to download those too. it's best to just do a backup of PUBG. i have had to download this game for 3 times already. i dunno what's causing it either
  14. Show off your setup!

    I'm a simple man, when i see a 301, I press like.
